Originally recruited by the venture investors to conduct a restart at Anika, we successfully restructured and refinanced the company, filling the position of interim CEO for a period of time until a new CEO was recruited. Today Anika is a successful, publicly traded biotech company providing improved tissue healing and protection.

Ascent Pediatrics
Introduced by the company's venture capital investors, we provided coaching services to the senior management and assisted in the successful redirection of the company's business plan. Ascent Pediatrics became a rapidly growing provider of pharmaceuticals for the pediatric market and was successfully acquired by Medicis Pharmaceutical at 13 times revenue.

Serono Reproductive Health
We have provided a variety of strategic and tactical roles for this worldwide leader of biotech pharmaceuticals for the women's reproductive health market and for the AIDS market. We wrote the original business plans for the AIDS wasting business and its highly successful product, Serostim, and coached sales management as the sales force grew from one person to well over 100 salespeople. We additionally provided senior management coaching services for the women's reproductive health business, which has become the world leader in infertility therapeutics.

UCB Pharma
We provided sales effectivity management sales skills and advisory services to the sales leadership of this global biopharma focusing on severe diseases in two therapeutic areas - CNS and Immunology.
