We worked with Chipcom, one of the original industry leaders for routers and hubs in the
expanding telecommunications industry, as a strategic coach during their high-growth years, just
prior to the company's IPO and its resulting successful acquisition by 3Com. At Chipcom, we
provided coaching services that resulted in the company successfully reinventing its
manufacturing operations and its product development processes, which enabled Chipcom's
rapid growth.
Cobotyx
Introduced by the company's early-stage investors, we provided interim CEO management,
refinancing and restructuring this innovative OEM supplier of hardware and software used by the
telephone industry. We directed the successful sale of the company to a larger public corporation
in the telecommunications industry.

Composite Design Technologies
We have provided a variety of senior management coaching services for this market leader of
software solutions for composite design and manufacturing tools used by the aerospace and
defense industry. We assisted in successfully restructuring the company's sales organization,
additionally providing our coaching services to successfully recruit a new sales team.

Habama
We have worked with the founding CEO since the inception of Habama, providing strategic and
tactical coaching services for the senior management team as the company was being formed and
as the initial management team was being recruited. Habama is an early-stage Internet-based
ASP providing commerce, collaboration, and content management services for emerging and
medium-sized businesses. The CEO of Habama was previously the CEO of Sensitech, another of
our customers. We are investors in Habama.
Hyperdesk
Introduced by the company's early-stage investors and its Japanese strategic investor, we worked
with the entire senior management team to direct the successful sale of Hyperdesk to FTP
Software over a period of four months.

IntraServer/LSI Logic
We coached the founding management of this leading supplier of I/O board level products
through the successful acquisition of the company by LSI Logic. IntraServer Technology is a leader
in PCI and CompactPCI(tm) I/O peripherals for Intel(tm)- , Alpha- , and SPARC(tm)- based
systems. We additionally provided management coaching services for creating the company's
sales plan and for recruiting the sales team at IntraServer.

From its earliest years, we have worked with NETsilicon management providing a variety of
strategic planning and management coaching services. Working directly with the CEO and the
entire senior management team, we have assisted in directing the company's strategic planning,
writing the company's business plans, and coordinating the development of the management
team. As a leading manufacturer of imaging products and embedded solutions for the networking
industry, NETsilicon conducted a successful IPO in 1999. We are an investor in NETsilicon.

PixelVision
Introduced to PixelVision by its early-stage investors, we directed, with the founding CEO, the
successful restructuring of this leading manufacturer of flat panel monitors for the financial
services industry. As a result of the company's success, we assisted in directing the successful
acquisition of the business by Cybex Corporation.

Working with the founding CEO of this rapidly growing computer-based training provider, we
provided business planning, strategic coaching, and tactical implementation services for the
senior management of RCI. We coached the CEO through the process of executing the successful
sale of the company to Gartner Corporation, a leading supplier of IT industry analysis and
services. The founder of RCI has now become the founder of Brainshark.
