At Cambridge Heart, we have provided a variety of successful coaching assignments and teambuilding skills for the senior management of this publicly traded company. We have also worked as the strategic and tactical coaches for the sales team at Cambridge Heart. Cambridge Heart is a leading innovator in the United States of hardware and software tools for predicting sudden cardiac arrest.

CareCentric Solutions
Introduced by the venture investors, we worked with the founding CEO, the senior management team, and the investors to provide strategic direction and management alignment for this manufacturer of handheld hardware and software point-of-care tools for the home health care market. We additionally provided Customer Voice services to CareCentric Solutions.

CardioFocus
We worked with the founding CEO and the early-stage investors of CardioFocus to successfully effect a seamless management transition and to assist in successfully closing their second round of venture financing. CardioFocus is a privately held company that has developed highly innovative photonics-based cardiovascular devices.

Creative Imprints
We have acted as the strategic advisors for the founding management of this leading manufacturer of unique printing materials and services for the medical industry. We have also successfully recruited key additions to the senior management team. Creative Imprints is a rapidly growing company with well-known and well-established leading customers in the medical equipment industry.

Global Telemedix
We worked with the founding CEO to develop a refocused business plan and to bring together the completion of a successful round of venture financing. We also provided interim VP of Sales Services for this leading e-healthcare application service provider, which provides highperformance clinical collaboration and advanced medical imaging over the Internet. We were investors in Global Telemedix.

Home Medical of America
Working with the senior management of HMA, we provided the strategic planning for this leading national provider of integrated products and services for the home health care industry. We additionally served as the strategic coaches for a number of the senior management of HMA, assisting in the exploration and assessment of new market opportunities.

Kontron Medical
We successfully provided the strategic coaching for the senior management team while assisting this worldwide manufacturer of medical equipment in the writing of their business and marketing plans as they entered totally new markets.

MDI Instruments: EarCheck
Introduced by the company's early-stage investors, we provided interim CEO services for two years in addition to directing the strategic planning and fund-raising for this manufacturer of highly innovative pediatric medical products for both the consumer and the physician markets. We negotiated the successful sale of MDI Instruments to Becton Dickinson following the company's very successful launch of its sales and marketing plans. We were an investor in MDI Instruments.

Following Becton Dickinson’s decision to jettison their entire consumer product division three years later, we were heavily involved in the subsequent purchase of the company from BD, the writing of its business plans and the restart of the EarCheck product which today is sold through a number of outlets both in-store and online.

Medelle
We worked with the early stage investors and the founding management to create their business, financial and sales plans for this emerging manufacturer of women’s reproductive health products.

PSI Medical
We have provided a variety of strategic planning and company assessment services for this innovative technology development and licensing company. We provided proactive strategic and tactical execution roles in two of PSI's early-stage spin-offs, PSI Medical and PSI Environmental, assisting in the venture fund-raising process of both companies.

This work led to a successful round of venture investing and strategic partnerships and the successful sale of the company to Haemonetics. Transfusion Technologies is a rapidly expanding medical device company that provides innovative systems that enable the collection and separation of red blood cells.
