proactively advocating fair and equitable public policy,
providing relevant, reliable information and excellent services.
Boston Police Department
We provide long term strategic planning and advisory services for the senior
leadership of the Boston Police Department.
Christmas in April- Boston
We have worked as strategic advisors for the directors of the Boston chapter of this national not for
-profit organization, creating their first business plan and providing strategic direction.
Christmas in April is Boston's largest provider of volunteer services to rehab houses for low-income
families and nonprofit facilities such as schools, shelters, and daycare centers.

GreenZebra
We provided management advisory and coaching services in the areas of business planning,
strategic focus, and fund-raising. GreenZebra provided green industry commercial companies
with a central access point for the business tools, information, and products that they need to
grow their businesses.

John Hancock
We have worked on a large number of assignments for John Hancock over the years, including
strategic coaching for a number of divisional presidents and general managers, including the
restructuring of several business segments. We also acted as the strategic facilitators for the

Massachusetts Bay State Skills Corporation
We assisted the senior management of this quasi-public state agency in defining its business
strategies and in aligning its tactical planning. We additionally provided BSSC with Customer Voice
and market research services regarding a number of its planned training programs.
Massachusetts Center of Education Training
We have provided the strategic planning for the senior management of Massachusetts' leading
