As senior management coaches, we provide a variety of services that help you assure that your management team is going to be fully charged, operating on all cylinders, and ready to stretch beyond the normal operating objectives.
If we have learned anything over the past twenty years about what defines success in all companies, we know that the true definition of success is captured in two words: effective management. Our experience has shown that management emphasis in business success is balanced by creating a perfect integration of effectiveness, experience, and team management.
We know how to create that balance through our somewhat unique four-part solution:
- First, we work with you and your managers to profile the hiring positions that you need to fill, in the order that you need to fill them. Profiling for us is both an art and a quantifiable science, and it provides the core determinant of the success of filling those positions on time and with the right team members.
- Second, we create confidential personality indices of the entire management team in order to assist you in making sure that the individual components of the team will ultimately continue to work together once the interviewing and hiring process is completed.
- Third, we take total ownership of the search process, and we guarantee success. We have on our staff highly experienced managers specialized in organizational development and search assignments who work directly with you. We also have formed very close partnerships with a small number of specialists in the fields of engineering for those unique industry assignments that may require specialization. In all cases, we take total responsibility for owning the entire process.
- Fourth, we have been successful in creating highly effective management because we do not stop the assignment when a new member of the team comes into the company. Very frequently our senior management coaching advisory services continue as resources for individuals on the team. We work closely with the CEO to ensure that these services provide each member of the team with an outside and objective advisory resource that counsels and integrates team members into the common objectives that have been defined by the team.
