In response to a few questions that we are typically asked, we thought that we would provide a bit more information:

Who Comes?

Our Entrepreneurship Boot Camp is focused on the members of the founding team and covers a wide range of subjects from writing business plans, to understanding the specifics of fundraising, to reviewing all of the critical business and financial metrics, to discussing various management structures and, of course, to exploring a variety of sales models.

How Many People?

Typically 20-25 people. These sessions are kept purposefully small in order to increase the faculty and peer-to-peer interaction. Our experience has been that we sell out each Boot Camp, so we encourage you to give us a call as soon as possible and talk to us if you are at all interested.

What's the Focus?

Very simply, these are intensive Boot Camps focused on honing your strategic and tactical management skills, training you in new weaponry and sharpening both your strategic and tactical battle plans so that you can dramatically improve your performance as an entrepreneurial manager during 2007.

Given our experience from being in the business of coaching entrepreneurs that we have learned from our 400 plus customers over the past 16 years, and our direct involvement in raising over $375 million in venture and private equity capital, we know that success in business today comes only to those senior managers who are fully armed to confront the changing competitive factors of today's challenging marketplace for entrepreneurs.

By taking just two days out of your schedule in May, we guarantee that you will not be dragged down by the unknowns of managing your early stage company. No one respects the fact more than we do that you're very busy right now. The issue is that if you're not going to take two days out in Q2 to more effectively plan 2007 in detail, just when are you going to do it?

What's Stratton Mountain Resort?

Stratton is located in nearby Southern Vermont at one of the country's most highly summer and winter resorts where we will provide enough time out so that you can partake in the extraordinary beauty of spring and early summer in Vermont, whether you're an outdoorsperson or not. For our May Boot Camp, we encourage you to join us earlier on Sunday for hiking or hopefully for a free round of golf and just getting to know one another before the kickoff at 5:00 PM.

The price includes all costs. There are no extra charges. We feature upscale living arrangements at the Long Trail House in your own condo just steps away from the Mountain along with excellent meeting facilities at the exclusive Stratton Mountain Club featuring world class food, Stratton's superb customer service and all of the amenities to make your Boot Camp experience that much more fulfilling.
