CEO Forums
CEO Forums
Each calendar year, we facilitate a small
number of customized peer-to-peer CEO Forums
on a regular basis. These Forums involve six
to ten individuals who hold the title of
either CEO or President at their companies
and come from non-competing industries of
similar size and geography.
Our purpose in bringing these business
leaders together is to facilitate
discussions, provide learning experiences and
solve problems among individuals with similar
issues relating to growth. To a degree,
these CEO partners act as a confidential
informal board of advisors and bring the
combined support of their experiences to one
another.

We customize each group of participants, but
typically, these CEO Forums...
have six to ten participants
take either a full day or a half day per month
meet eight to ten times a year
meet at a separate standard location or in one another's facilities or at our office.

Our responsibility is to coordinate and
balance the individuals and facilitate the
meetings ensuring that agendas are set,
challenging topics are openly discussed,
notes are taken and follow up action items
are reviewed where appropriate.
