As management coaches, we spend a fair amount
of our time working with sales management on
tactics to improve sales effectiveness,
create impactful sales tools, and define
efficient sales processes. It is in the area
of sales management, that the full impact of
the word, "Coach" comes to bear since the
majority of our employees have not only been
successful salespeople, they have also been
responsible for one of the toughest jobs in
any company, that of sales management.

We've worked as heads of sales at all levels from district managers to VPs.
We continue to take on roles of interim sales management in our companies.

One of the most effective tools to
dramatically impact sales effectiveness is
through well-orchestrated sales meetings,
both at a national level for and especially
at a regional level for larger companies.
We will assist in everything from organizing
the entire meeting and delivering it to you
as a completely packaged customized event to
facilitating individual sessions on creating
high impact sales.

During the winter, we bring you unique group
on-snow opportunities whether it's skiing,
snowboarding or snowmobiling. How would you

arrange it.
During the summer, our sales team meetings
involve everything from golf and tennis at
Stratton's award-winning courses to
instructor-led kayaking and fly fishing in
Vermont's legendary streams and rivers.
