Typically these programs process begins with
the following process...
• We would meet with you to discuss your
specific objectives and establish
deliverables that you want to come away from
the offsite with. This initial discovery
meeting also allows us an opportunity to talk
to you or the planning team as a group in
terms of the specifics of the planning
process and our principles regarding
management offsites.
• Assuming that we move ahead, we then want to
spend individual time with each of the
planning team attendees in a confidential
one-on-one meeting of approximately one hour
each in order to assess any issues that they
may have and to listen specifically to what
they individually want to achieve as a result
of the management offsite.
• Once finished with the one-on-ones, we then
spend time together with senior management
assessing the deliverables and work out a
detailed agenda for the meeting. We then
circulate this agenda to the others on the
planning team for their final comments and
approval.
• We will take care of all of the logistics for
what will most probably be a two day offsite.
