It's our experience that the most successful

over the past fifteen years and have seen the
successes that effective team building brings

One of the most
effective venues that we use for team
building is Stratton Mountain in Southern
Vermont since, through our unique
relationship with Stratton, we have the use
of the full range of the resort's activities
for our customers.

We practice team building skills in a variety
of ways from Predictive Indexing to group
exercises based around increasing trust and
reliance on one another. One of the most
effective venues that we use for team
building is Stratton Mountain in Southern
Vermont since, through our unique
relationship with Stratton, we have the use
of the full range of the resort's activities
for our customers.
Just a few of our activities, each of which
we customize to the requirements and
capabilities of the individual members of the
management or sales teams.
Winter...
7:30 openings of the mountain during the weekdays-a full 90 minutes before the general public-for instructor led sunrise fresh tracks.
Snowshoe hikes on the mountain ranging in degree of difficulty from casual 30 minutes walks to moonlight assaults to the peak followed by skiing and snowboarding down at first light.
Snowmobile tours into the backcountry of the Green Mountain National Forest.
Summer...
Golfing at Strattonıs 27 hole championship course.
Tennis at the Kelly Guntermanıs School with its 20 outside courts.
Hiking or Horseback riding on Strattonıs trails
Instructor-led kayaking
Instructor-led fly fishing
Biking on Strattonıs trails or in the valleys of the surrounding mountains.
