For me, the most exciting thing about our Sales Management Boot Camp every six months is the diversity of companies and executive management that we have in these programs. Our 24-30 attendees bridge across every vertical, geography and size that you can think of from fast growth tech companies such as Black Duck Software to Chase Corporation to Kayem Foods to Steinway and every possible combination in between. All of which lends to peer-to-peer engagement and a big boost in the real-life learning processes that go on over two nights and two days.
CJ Fraser's warm note yesterday is a solid testament to years of hard work and, more importantly, satisfied friends that we've come to know and highly respect...
“The Derby Sales Management Boot Camp was an eye-opening experience and it changed the way I manage my sales team. I came away from it with an invaluable set of tools about the sales process and now, almost one year later, we have implemented many of Jack’s recommendations. The results of these new procedures speak for themselves, since we currently have one of our largest backlogs to date. My experience was so favorable that I will be sending two of our employees to the next boot camp. They will most likely bring back new recommendations that will push our sales team to the next level. “ -Cecelia Fraser, CEO, Fraser Engineering Inc.
