Wake Up to Day 22: Hit the Road

Back at it today after a four day break. Hopefully you had time to decompress, grab a bit of sleep and just relax. With just 22 days left in the selling season, the pressure is on, so it’s time to shake things up a bit.

One of the better tactics is to get out of the office for at least six days before Christmas, spend time face to face with your prospects and figure out in real time what it will take to close a few big deals. Maybe it’s a week, maybe it’s two three day trips, but in a world of conference calls, emails and Webex meetings, there’s something about a face to face connection that can catapult a potential deal to the bottom of the funnel very quickly.
